These terms govern corporate benefit arrangements between Passo App Trading and employer entities.
Companies wishing to offer PASSO corporate benefits must enter a separate agreement with Passo App Trading. These terms apply to all parties within that arrangement.
Employees verify their benefit eligibility using their corporate work email and OTP. PASSO stores the verified email for benefit access purposes only.
Benefits are available to verified employees only. Companies are responsible for notifying PASSO when employees leave or are no longer eligible for benefits.
PASSO and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or withdraw benefit offerings. Companies and employees will be notified of material changes.
Employee work email addresses collected during verification are stored securely and used only to manage benefit access. They are not shared with merchants or third parties without consent.
PASSO is not liable for benefits that are unavailable due to merchant changes, closures or operational reasons. Companies should review available benefits regularly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
