These Merchant Terms govern the relationship between Passo App Trading ("PASSO") and merchants who sell passes through the PASSO platform.
Merchants must be registered businesses operating legally in Qatar. PASSO reserves the right to approve or reject any merchant application at its discretion.
Merchants define the terms of their passes including price, number of uses, validity period, daily limits, redeemable items and applicable branches. These terms must be accurate and upheld.
Merchants are obligated to honor all valid passes sold through PASSO. Failure to honor passes may result in suspension from the platform and liability for customer refunds.
Settlement terms are agreed during onboarding. PASSO deducts its platform fee before remitting proceeds to the merchant. Settlement schedules are defined in individual merchant agreements.
Merchants must scan the customer's Passo Code using the PASSO merchant app or web dashboard. Redemptions recorded by the system are final.
If a customer is entitled to a refund, the merchant may be required to return the relevant portion of revenue received. Disputed refunds are resolved by PASSO at its discretion.
PASSO may suspend a merchant account for violations of these terms, customer complaints, fraudulent activity or failure to honor passes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
