This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the PASSO mobile application provided by Passo App Trading. By downloading or using the app, you agree to this EULA.
PASSO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PASSO app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal device.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The PASSO app, including all content, design, code and branding, is owned by Passo App Trading and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
PASSO may release updates to the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Some updates may be required to continue using the app.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA. PASSO may also terminate it with or without notice.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PASSO does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses.
PASSO's liability under this EULA is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
