These Terms govern your use of the PASSO app and website, operated by Passo App Trading, registered in Qatar (CR #241267). By using PASSO, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 16 or older to use PASSO. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login or Passo Code with others.
Passes are prepaid packages issued by merchants through the PASSO platform. When you buy a pass, you pay upfront for a set number of uses within a defined validity period. Prices are in QAR and include any applicable taxes.
Passes are redeemed at participating merchant locations using your Passo Code. Each redemption deducts one use. Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed once recorded by the merchant.
Passes have a validity period set by the merchant. Unused uses on an expired pass are not automatically refunded. PASSO sends expiry reminders but is not responsible for passes expiring due to inaction.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, partially or fully unused passes may be eligible for refund if the merchant's terms allow it. Used passes are not refundable.
Merchants are responsible for honoring their passes according to the terms set at the time of sale. PASSO is not liable for a merchant's failure to honor a pass, though we will assist in resolving disputes.
Corporate benefits are offered through employer partnerships. Eligibility requires verified employment. Benefits may change at any time based on the employer's agreement with PASSO.
Digital gifts are non-refundable once claimed by the recipient. Unclaimed gifts may be eligible for cancellation within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy.
You may not resell passes, misuse QR codes, create fake accounts, reverse engineer the app, or use PASSO for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
PASSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. Serious violations may result in permanent bans and no refund of unused passes.
PASSO's liability is limited to the value of passes purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
